We were contacted by specialist staircase company EeStairs to create a concrete effect to the treads and landings of of 7 storey staircase in Facebooks new London headquarters.
With weight restrictions being an issue for actual concrete being used we specified a concrete overlay bonded to a timber substrate within the tread and landing wells strengthened with epoxy resin and quartz aggregate.
The results were extremely well received and created the anticipated industrial look perfectly.
